TurnKey Coach at the Arnold Laptop Giveaway
Official Rules

Eligibility
The TurnKey Coach at the Arnold Laptop Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who complete the entry form at https://turnkey.coach/arnold-giveaway/. Entrants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These laws include the requirement that entrants be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to enter and win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of TurnKey Coach, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Barbell Logic, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules.

Agreement to Rules
By entering, the Entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violating these rules.

Sweepstakes Entry Period
This promotion begins on February 28, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the entry form available at https://turnkey.coach/arnold-giveaway/. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not adhere to the Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited.

Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Apple MacBook Air laptop and one (1) Apple Magic Mouse (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of each Prize is $908. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and use.

Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected via a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email and/or text message within ten (10) days following the drawing. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not return required documentation within the specified timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrant grants the Sponsor the right to use Entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy Policy
Any information submitted with an entry will be governed by the TurnKey Coach Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at https://turnkey.coach/privacy/.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, the Entrant agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, illness, injury, loss, litigation, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of any Prize.

Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri.
