General Data Protection Regulation Privacy Policy
TurnKey Coach is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and complying with your choices. Both personal and non-personal information collected is safeguarded according to the highest privacy and data protection standards adopted worldwide. We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we recognise our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as well as U.S. based laws designed to protect the personal data of U.S. residents against unfair or deceptive practices.
Our Commitment

- We use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users.
- We give you the possibility to control the information that you shared with us (opt-out)
Your information will not be sold or rented to any third party. However, we may share certain data with third-party service providers who process information on our behalf to improve our website functionality, optimize user experience, and troubleshoot technical issues. These providers, including Hotjar, are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any purposes other than those specified by TurnKey Coach.
TurnKey Coach is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. Article 5 of the GDPR requires that personal data shall be:
- processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals;
- collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes;
- adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
- accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
- kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; and
- processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.”
1. Notice
We will clearly inform you when information that personally identifies you (“personal information”) is asked for and you will have the choice to provide it or not. Generally, this information is requested when you purchase a product/service, request and download free content offers, install/download/subscribe to product updates, newsletters, or access other online services.
2. Usage
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide you information that will allow you to use our services
- To automatically customize your documents with your information
- To alert you of software upgrades, updates, discounts or other services from TurnKey Coach
- Our Client Experience Team reviews your questionnaire to match you with the coach most qualified to serve your unique needs and goals
We collect your email when you subscribe to our weekly newsletter to send you informational communications about strength, nutrition, and fitness. We also collect your email to send you our promotional offers.
We may also collect your name, language, currency, operating system, document search history, search history and origin, and geographic information for a better experience with Barbell Logic Inc products/services.
When you place your order with us, we collect your email to provide relevant information regarding the details of your purchase, and on-ramping instructions when approopriate. We also collect your phone number to contact you in case these emails bounce back because of a typo in your email address and if we cannot figure out what the correct email address is.
We also contact the phone number that is provided if we suspect that the cardholder’s credit card information has been compromised (i.e., used in a fraudulent way).
We also use our clients’ email to notify of the release of updated versions of the software, new services, or promotional offers.
3. Consent
When you provide your personal information, you consent that it can be used for the above purposes and that TurnKey Coach is an authorized holder of such information. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use our website, but you will not be able to receive additional services or access certain areas that require registration. When you activate your account, you are providing your consent to occasionally receive information from us. In each communication from us you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from further communications; alternatively, you may contact us to express your choices at the address provided at the bottom of this page.
4. Access to your information
You are entitled to review the personal information you have provided us and ensure that it is accurate and current at all times. To review or update this information simply log into your client account at Barbell-Logic.com or BarbellLogic.app.
5. Security of information
TurnKey Coach is strongly committed to protecting your information and ensuring that your choices are honored. We have taken strong security measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All sensitive data is stored behind multiple firewalls on secure servers with restricted employee access.
We guarantee that all e-commerce transactions follow the latest security measures and use the best available technologies. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is employed when you place online orders or transmit sensitive information. SSL is one of the safest methods of passing information over the Internet.
6. Use of Hotjar
We use Hotjar on our website and app to better understand how our users interact with our services and to optimize our services and user experience.
Hotjar allows us to visualize user interactions, which helps us improve our services by identifying issues and friction points. Specifically, we use Hotjar to investigate users’ workflows and diagnose bugs or troubleshooting needs. We do not use Hotjar to monitor all users or to track users indiscriminately.
To provide these services, Hotjar uses first-party cookies and other technologies to collect personal data about users’ behavior and their devices on our behalf. This may include:
- Online identifiers (e.g., device IP address, user ID)
- Identification data (e.g., name, email address, only if explicitly collected)
- Technical data (e.g., device type, screen size, browser information)
- Geographic location (country only)
- Behavioral data (e.g., interactions with our website/app, such as clicks, taps, and scrolls)

7. Retention of information
We retain information if it is necessary to provide the services requested by you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the services or until you ask us to delete it, or your account is deleted whichever comes first. Additionally, we may retain information from deleted accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Use, and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Finally, your data could also be stored for sales statistical purposes.
8. EU and EEA Users’ Rights
If you are habitually located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, download, or erase your information, as well as the right to restrict and object to certain processing of your information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited circumstances. We describe these rights below:
You have the right to access your personal data and, if necessary, have it amended or deleted or restricted. In certain instances, you may have the right to the portability of your data. You can also ask us to not send marketing communications and not to use your personal data when we carry out profiling for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving email newsletters and other marketing communications by following the opt-out instructions provided to you in those emails. Transactional account messages will be unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications.
9. What we do with the Information you share
Your information is never sold or rented outside the company. However, we may use trusted third-party service providers to help us improve our services. For example, we use Hotjar to analyze website usage patterns and diagnose technical issues. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain strict confidentiality and security measures. Inside the company, data is stored behind multiple firewalls on secure servers with restricted user access.
When you register to our website, you are asked to provide your contact information, including a valid email address. We use this information to send you updates about TurnKey Coach order confirmations and information about our services. When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you ordered at that time.
We may on occasion require the help of other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging, shipping and delivery, customer support and processing event registrations. We will only provide such companies with the information required for them to perform these services; these service providers are bound by strict privacy policies and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
In very rare instances TurnKey Coach may disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on TurnKey Coach or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of TurnKey Coach and its family of websites and properties; and (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of TurnKey Coach, its websites, or the public.
10. How to opt-out
We provide users with the opportunity to opt-out from receiving updates on our products, newsletters, and other communications from us. You can opt-out by clicking on the link provided in our electronic mailings or by contacting us at the address at the bottom of this page.
11. Does Barbell Logic Inc’s privacy policy apply to linked websites?
Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected on our websites: barbell-logic.com, all websites on a subdomain of barbell-logic.com (such as store.barbell-logic.com), and TurnKey Coach, our custom coaching application): app.TurnKey.Coach.
The Site contains links to web sites of third parties. TurnKey Coach is not responsible for the actions of these third parties, including their privacy practices and any content posted on their web sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to learn more about what, why and how they collect and use personal information. TurnKey Coach adheres to industry recognized standards to secure any personal information in our possession, and to secure it from unauthorized access and tampering.
However, as is true with all online actions, it is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions of personal information, or other users of the Site may misuse or abuse your personal information that they may collect from the Site.
TurnKey Coach may use third-party advertising companies to serve our ads on the Site as well as third-party service providers to enhance our website and measure user interactions. These providers include Hotjar. For more information, see Section 7 of this privacy policy.
These third-party advertising companies employ cookie and 1×1 pixel. gifs or web beacons to measure and improve the effectiveness of ads for their clients. To do so, these companies may use anonymous information about your visits to our website and other websites but will not collect any information which can personally identify you or can be linked to you. This information can include date/time of banner ad shown, the banner ad that was shown, their cookie, and the IP address. This information can also be used for online preference marketing purposes.
If you want to prevent a third-party advertiser from collecting data, currently you may either visit each ad network’s web site individually and opt out or visit the NAI gateway opt-out site to opt-out of all network advertising cookies. Click here for the NAI gateway opt-out site.

12. Changes to this policy
If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post these changes here so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use your information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email.
13. Enforcement of policy
If for some reason you believe TurnKey Coach has not adhered to these principles, please notify us and we will do our best to promptly make corrections.

Terms and conditions
Terms of Agreement
1.1 Barbell Logic, Inc. (hereafter, “Barbell Logic”) owns and operates the websites “Barbell-Logic.com”, “store.barbell-logic.com”, “TurnKey.Coach”, and “app.turnkey.coach” (the “Websites”). Barbell Logic also owns and operates the downloadable app “TurnKey.Coach” (the “App”). This document governs your relationship with the “Websites” and the “App.” Collectively these will be referred to as the “Platform” throughout this Agreement. Access to and use of the Platform, including all related products and services available through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms of Service”).
1.2 In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms of Service. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms of Service.
Acceptance
2.1 You agree to the Terms of Service by using the Services, accessing any of the Websites, accessing the App, or by signing up for a membership to the Platform. Acceptance is not dependent on payment or satisfaction with services.
2.2 You may not use the Services or agree to the Terms of Service if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company or (b) you are otherwise legally prohibited from receiving or using the service under the laws of the state or country in which you reside or from which you access the Services.
2.3 All persons who accept these Terms of Service are “Users” under this agreement.
TurnKey Coach —Membership Level Agreement
3.1 Service Level Designation
The Platform service levels are Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Upon registering with the Platform, Users will select their preferred service level. Clients are added to the Platform by the Users.
3.2 Payment Processing
Users will receive payment processing services as part of their membership to the Platform.
3.2.1 Payment Processing Fees
Users recognize merchant processing fees (Stripe fees) are separate from any fees related to the Platform and acknowledge that these fees are set and collected by Stripe automatically from their client transactions. The current rate charged by Stripe of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for United States based Users is exclusively controlled by Stripe and subject to change and may vary by location. Users further agree to pay all applicable sales taxes for the state or country in which they are registered or doing business.
3.3 Included Services
The services included in the membership are contingent on the service level selected: Standard, Professional, or Enterprise. Each level provides a different set of features and services.
3.4 Membership Agreement
Users’ membership fees are based on the chosen service level:
- Standard: $5.00 per client per month + merchant processing fee*
- Professional: $8.00 per client per month + merchant processing fee*
- Enterprise: Custom pricing + merchant processing fee*
*Merchant processing handled securely by Stripe with processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for United States based users. Fees may vary by location and are subject to change.
3.4.1 Processing Membership Fees
The Platform will process Users’ client transactions on the recurring schedule of the plan created by the User based on the sign-up date of each client, in the amounts determined by the User. The Platform will pass through the total revenue of these transactions minus User’s Payment Processing Fees. The Platform will charge the card provided by the User monthly based on the initial sign-up date in the amount of the respective service tier rate per active client to account for usage in the next billing period.
3.4.2 Taxes
Membership fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes by any jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”). Users agree to pay any and all applicable Taxes, fees, or duties (other than taxes based on Barbell Logic’s net income) that are assessed as any part of this agreement.
3.4.3 Termination of Membership
Users may terminate their membership at any time by emailing help@turnkey.coach and making a written request to cancel their membership. TurnKey Coach may terminate Users’ memberships for any reason and at any time upon written notice to the User via email to address User provides upon account creation.
Integration of Existing Terms and Conditions
4.1 Nothing in this agreement should be construed to negate the existing Terms and Conditions provided for the TurnKey Coach website or Downloadable Application. To the extent those terms and the ones provided here appear to be in conflict, these membership-specific terms should be read as superseding the general website terms and conditions.
