Downloading MP4 Files

Coaches have asked for the ability to access video uploads outside the platform—perhaps to review it later, compare lifts across training blocks, or to share an example with an athlete. Similarly, clients sometimes want to save a successful lift to share on social media or save on their own device. Downloadable MP4 files allow anyone to save or share a video without losing quality or resorting to awkward workarounds.

Adaptive Streaming

Instead of delivering one fixed version of a video, the player now adjusts quality automatically, depending on the viewer’s connection and device. A client watching on a phone between sets may see a lighter version of the video that loads instantly, while someone reviewing footage on a desktop with a strong connection receives a higher‑quality stream.
