The athlete’s dashboard no longer shows just workout data. You can now see sleep data, recovery scores, daily strain, and activity alongside the training you have prescribed. The work an athlete has done and how they are responding to it are presented together.

Once connected, the data appears automatically alongside each athlete’s workouts, with no additional setup required.
